Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data VPNEC processes when providing cross-border network acceleration services, why it is processed, how it is retained, and what controls are available to users. Using the service means you have read this policy; if you disagree with these practices, stop using the relevant features.

Scope and processing principles

This policy covers the VPNEC marketing website, user panel, subscription services, client connections, and ticket features. Data processing is limited to account authentication, subscription delivery, traffic accounting, order handling, fault diagnosis, and site security. Data unrelated to these purposes is not collected as part of routine service operations.

VPNEC limits data collection to what each feature requires and distinguishes between account information, transaction information, site analytics, and temporary diagnostic data. Business data in the user panel is not automatically expanded simply because you visit a public marketing page.

Data collected and processing purposes

Account information: No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. VPNEC processes usernames and authentication credentials to identify accounts, maintain login sessions, and protect the user panel. An email address is not required to open an account and is not requested merely because an account is created.

Order and subscription information: To activate plans, calculate traffic, process upgrades and refunds, and provide order history, the service stores the selected plan, order amount, payment channel, payment status, subscription status, traffic usage summaries, and related activity records. These records support transactions, dispute handling, and account status display.

Site analytics: When you visit the public website, the server may process the request time, page path, referring page, browser type, device category, language setting, and necessary network request information. This data is used to measure content access, identify abnormal requests, and fix page issues; it is not used to build a profile of the international websites you visit.

Ticket content: When you submit an issue through the panel, VPNEC processes the ticket text, attachments, and associated account information to investigate and respond. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

No-logs policy and connection diagnostics

VPNEC follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain destination domains, full URLs, DNS queries, message content, or files transferred through the tunnel. Normal connections do not create browsing activity records that remain permanently linked to an account.

To calculate plan traffic, the service may process account-level upload and download totals, but these totals do not include destinations or transferred content. When a connection failure or security anomaly occurs, the system may temporarily process the error type, client platform, selected route region, and necessary connection status information. Temporary diagnostics are used only for troubleshooting and preventing abnormal use, then deleted or de-identified when troubleshooting is complete or they are no longer needed; they are not retained as persistent connection logs.

Cookies, local storage, and payments

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to retain login sessions, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security state. These items keep login and page navigation working and are not used to store content accessed through the tunnel. You can clear this data in your browser; after clearing it, you may need to log in again and reselect your interface preferences.

Payments are handled by third-party systems corresponding to Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Payment providers may process payment account details, transaction credentials, and risk-control information under their own rules. VPNEC receives the transaction result, channel identifier, and order status needed to complete an order, but does not directly control how third-party payment providers process data. Users should also review the privacy information of their chosen payment provider.

Data retention, deletion, and user controls

Account information is retained while the account remains in use. Order, refund, and subscription records are kept for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, conduct security checks, and meet applicable obligations; once the purpose is fulfilled, they are deleted, de-identified, or restricted from further use. Site analytics may be aggregated into results that cannot directly identify an account, and original request information is no longer retained when it is no longer necessary to process.

Users can view available account and order information in the user panel and request correction or deletion of account information through a ticket. After receiving a deletion request, VPNEC first verifies the account. Data connected to unfinished orders, refund processing, dispute resolution, or necessary security records may be restricted rather than deleted until the relevant matter ends. Deleting an account may make existing subscriptions and panel data unavailable.

How this policy is updated

This policy may be updated when service features, data flows, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. For significant changes to the scope of data processing, VPNEC may provide notice through the website or user panel. Read the updated policy before continuing to use the relevant features.
