Issue Categories and Resolution Paths

Choose the issue type that best matches your situation before submitting. Support staff will prioritize replies based on impact, completeness of the information, and troubleshooting complexity.

Account and Subscription

For registration, login, plan status, subscription access, and upgrade issues. No email address is required; a username and password are enough. Include your username and the message shown on the current page, but never include your password in the ticket.

With complete information, account status can be checked directly. If the issue involves a subscription refresh or plan change, the next steps will be provided in the ticket.

Connections and Clients

For client imports, failed connections, rule switching, and unexpected exits on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Include the platform, current client screen, exact error text, selected region, and reproduction steps.

These issues typically require checking the client configuration, subscription status, and international route selection in sequence. Complex cases may require several rounds of additional information; response timing depends on the troubleshooting chain.

Routes and Access Quality

For unstable connections, mismatched target regions, or services that fail to load when accessing international websites. Include the target service, preferred exit region, current route, and the stage at which the issue occurs.

Route issues are assessed based on region, use case, and client mode. If switching routes restores access, include both the working and affected route names in the ticket to help narrow the cause.

Payments and Refunds

VPNEC supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment status checks, order verification, and refund requests are handled through in-site tickets. This service offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; include your username, relevant order, and specific request.

For transaction checks, progress depends on whether the order details are complete and whether the payment status needs further verification. The result will be sent back through the original ticket.

Information to Prepare Before Submitting

Tickets are not keyword matching. Describe your environment and symptoms clearly so support staff can reproduce the issue along the same path.
