Service Content and Scope

VPNEC provides network access across 100+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client entry points are based on the information shown on the website and user panel at the time. Routes are intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access to international websites and applications; this does not mean that any third-party website or application will always remain accessible.

The service delivers subscription access, route resources, and the corresponding connection entry points. VPNEC does not control third-party platform content, account policies, regional rules, or feature changes. Users are responsible for confirming the conditions of the target service.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for purchases, route connections, and settings actions made through their accounts. If credentials appear compromised, change the password promptly and end unfamiliar sessions.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices online simultaneously and are intended for devices owned or managed by the user. Accounts, subscription links, and access rights may not be sold, rented, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties as standalone products, nor shared through public channels. Unauthorized resale, bulk distribution, or managed operation on behalf of others is not a normal subscription use.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan status, remaining traffic, and upgrade results are determined by the user panel records.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location where the service is used, and are responsible for network activity conducted through their accounts. The service may not be used to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, maliciously attack network systems, disrupt service operation, or engage in other activities prohibited by applicable law.

Users must also follow the service rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. VPNEC is not involved in transactions or disputes between users and third parties, and does not determine the accuracy, legality, or continued availability of third-party content.

Service Availability and Liability

Routes may experience brief fluctuations due to maintenance, network congestion, upstream link changes, device environments, target-platform policies, or network events beyond reasonable control. VPNEC may adjust route entry points, connection methods, or client configurations according to operating conditions to maintain overall service quality.

Users should preserve important configurations and business data and confirm connection status before performing important operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNEC is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or indirect losses caused by user devices, third-party platforms, public networks, incorrect configurations, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates compliance requirements, resells a subscription, publicly distributes access credentials, interferes with route operation, evades normal billing procedures, or persistently affects other users' access, VPNEC may restrict relevant connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service. Actions will take account of the nature of the conduct, its scope of impact, and verifiable records.

Users may stop using the service at any time. After an account is terminated, expired subscription access can no longer be used to connect. Transaction and security records that must be retained by law will be handled according to the applicable retention requirements.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. The refund entry point, processing status, and original payment route information are shown in the user panel. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

VPNEC may revise these terms due to changes in service features, route arrangements, compliance requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page with the last update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be clearly indicated through the website or user panel. Continued use after the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content; if you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service.
